Where a group sound bath offers a shared experience, a one-to-one gives you something different — a session calibrated entirely to your body, your nervous system, and what you are carrying that day. The bowls are placed on and around you. The session is shaped from the first minute to the last around what you bring into the room. Nothing is generic.
This format suits those dealing with specific physical tension or chronic stress, those who find it difficult to fully let go in a group setting, and those who want to work with sound as a focused, ongoing therapeutic practice rather than an occasional reset.
The 1:2 option extends this to two people — partners, close friends, or colleagues who want to share the experience while still receiving a session that holds both of them with care.
