Where a group sound bath offers a shared experience, a one-to-one gives you something different — a session calibrated entirely to your body, your nervous system, and what you are carrying that day. The bowls are placed on and around you. The session is shaped from the first minute to the last around what you bring into the room. Nothing is generic.

A taster session brings a small group together for an introduction to sound therapy — what it is, how it works, and what it feels like to lie in a field of live singing bowls. There is nothing to prepare, nothing to believe, and nothing to get right. You arrive, you lie down, and the sound does the rest.
This session is designed for first-timers. It is shorter and more accessible than a full group sound bath, and gives you everything you need to decide what comes next.
